About our Club
AustNTrak was founded by a handful of intrepid N scalers with a dream in 1986. Their main goal was to bring N scale modular railroading to the Austin, Texas area. The group has continued to grow and does not require, owning a module for membership. In addition to N-Trak modules, we have members who own TTrak modules and have welcomed other N-Rail standards.
We don't have a clubhouse so we set up our modules at train shows, malls and private venues when available. Occasionally we have work sessions or setups just for ourselves. We own a 7x10 trailer that stores and transports club owned modules. All members are encouraged to participate in both work sessions and running trains.

Whataburger - Parmer Lane
10:30 to Noon
Whataburger is a great all weather option. Many of our members prefer the casual environment and fresh food. During inclement weather, most members will be found at the GDWB!
McNeil Store & Post Office
10:00 to ??
Come hang out under the tree at McNeil and watch trains. It's gotten pretty quiet since the plant closed, but you still get to see AURR interchange with UP and BNSF with the commuter rail buzzing through regularly. Bring your lunch and lot's of liquid. Stay as long as you like!
